The mailbox flowers have tripled or quadrupled in size since last summer. I keep having to move smaller annuals I planted nearby because this big ones are swallowing them up!
The walkway - the dahlias will be huge by the end of the summer, but right now they are pretty puny.
Along the front, aka, slug heaven. Gross. I hate slugs. Hate them. HATE.
Mom: L to R: strawberry oxalis, hydrangea, flowerless columbine, prince henry (?) windflower, clustered bellflower, coneflower x2, (astillbe trying to grow), stargazer lily, mandarin honeysuckle, lilies, english daisies, etc. Impatiens and primrose in the front.

Along the size...some zinnias, painted daisies, an ugly blue holly, azalea, daylilies...

Snapdragons, etc....just ask if you really want to know.
Oh, and Mom, the tree you asked about is a full sun white flowering dogwood!

my black thumb and I are jealous. But I DO know that you can drown slugs and snails in beer. I also tried coffee grounds and that worked until it got wet. They got my strawberries among other things :(
