I'm finally four!!!

{All dressed up to bring treats to school to celebrate her birthday a few days beforehand.}

 And the morning of the big day!

(If you're wondering about the michael jackson pink glove, it's what she wears to bed to stop herself from sucking her thumb. yes, we're mean.)

The only Reitz child NOT to choose Norwegian waffles for breakfast. Her sisters didn't really know how to handle it..

I forget how impatient little ones are to open their presents.  We made it until after lunch.

 And presents were followed quickly by her first birthday party with classmates and friends!

Charlotte manned the bubbles station.

 They played on the swing set.
They made crowns.

Berkley was in charge of the bounce house. (It's so nice to have big girls to help out.)

And the wonder ball made an appearance.

And, seriously, Hazel asked for a PEACOCK cake.  Nothing simple like flowers. NO. A PEACOCK.
Thank goodness Berkley could walk me through it.

 And more cake after dinner! This four-year-old was TOAST.

Happy birthday, Hazelnut!
