A couple of mini milestones

Leaf-jumping is perhaps not a mini milestone, but the pictures are cute. The girls didn't get as involved in leaf-jumping this year. I think the leaves were too wet.

Berkley's friend Ella Rose came to play.

A spot finally opened up in PDO - Parent's Day Out - at school, so Hazel started going to school for a few hours a week.  I wonder how long it took them to get her to take off her back pack? She was super excited (mostly about wearing the backpack, it turns out.)  She goes to school some Tuesday and some Thursday mornings while mom is working in the school library.

This is how Hazel spent last Monday - Wednesday -- only her bottom half was bedecked with different pants every hour or so.
Oh yes, it was the dreaded time of potty training.  The library computer isn't working right and she had a terrible cold, so I figured that it would be a good time to be homebound! Poor girl had to stay on the wood floors or the fireplace for three days though! ha, ha! She's starting to get it now.

My swiffer was poised for cleanup - I must have worn it out because the handle finally snapped off. Small price to pay!
