We've been waiting for two things to make these tasty treats: 1. mommy to have enough energy and 2. a nice long snowy day...and we finally got both! My family used to make these growing up and just one bite threw me right back to my mom's kitchen 20 years ago! Mmmmmm....
My happy helpers at hour 1...they disappeared by hour 2, but suddenly turned up at hour 6 when the baking was done and it was time to chow. Atta girls.
Those are some yummy soft pretzels. I planned to save some for my dad when they come out in April, but, alas, I ate them all! Don't worry, Dad, I'm planning to make some more!
