Let's just not mention that the coach of the opposing team, the Blueberries, had to force his girls to stand motionless in the center of the field so our girls had a chance to try to score. We were being slaughtered!
Our big scorer (and by big scorer, I mean only scorer) is visiting family in England for the month, so until she returns, we have flopsy, mopsy, and cottontail running around giggling and twirling their hair. Get the ball?? WHY? This is too much fun!
Yes, she's twirling her hair as she takes a goal kick.
Jason and I were very excited that she scored, even if she has no idea how it actually happened or even what it means.
