Grandma and Grandpa with the chickens and Bestemor came to visit us over Labor Day weekend! We had a blast! We did some house projects, ate out a lot (thank you, Bestemor), puruzed the zoo, and had a great time together.

We even ventured to the zoo on Labor Day! It was the busiest I've ever seen it, but we managed to enjoy the beautiful day and see quite a few animals!
Grandma, Grandpa, and Bestemor celebrated Hazel and Charlotte's birthdays while they were here too! (Although Hazel was so tuckered out from the zoo and the lack of nap that she slept through the celebration. whoops.)

Happy birthday girls! Sure are growing up. Hazel is precious. Charlotte looks older with her hair longer. Glad ya'll had a great time. We miss ya'll a lot. Next trip is hopefully Missouri summer 2012!?!
