It's So Hard to Say Goodbye...

...but she finally did! This tooth has been loose since November 21st! The grown-up tooth has already come 1/3 of the way up, but Berkley would not pursue the baby tooth. She's a waiter. She waits for her bandaids to fall off by themselves, even if that means she has to walk around with it hanging and waving in the wind for a few days..she waits for the bees to leave the neighborhood before she goes on the swing set...and she waits for her tooth to fall out all by itself even if it takes a couple of months!

She was a little proud when daddy finally yanked the dangling tooth out though. She's come a long way from crying at the discovery that it was loose (change can be hard to handle...), so we're just glad she's happy it's gone! 'Course, the dollar doesn't hurt either.
